The phone and the gaps.
Every booking taken over the phone cuts into your work. You put down your tools, you look for a slot, you write down the name, you hang up, and three minutes later someone calls again. By the end of the day, these interruptions add up to a good hour lost, in pieces, impossible to make back. And anything that hits an engaged line, or comes in after closing, is a customer who goes elsewhere.
The real hole in the till is missed appointments. A customer who forgets, an empty slot at the last minute: that is booked time nobody pays for and that could have gone to someone else. Over a month, a few no-shows a week add up to a real sum, plus the frustration of a diary that is full on paper but hollow in practice. Keeping all of that by hand is permanent admin work that eats into your trade.
Appointment booking that runs itself.
We automate the whole appointment cycle, from the request to the session. The customer picks their slot online, at any hour, from your real availability; they get a confirmation straight away; a reminder goes out the day before; and your diary fills, blocks and updates itself. We connect the tool to the diary you already use.
We set the rules to the way you run things: durations, buffers, reserved slots, closing days. You keep control, the system applies them.
- Online booking on your real available slots
- Immediate confirmation by email or SMS, in your name
- Automatic reminder before the session to cut forgetting
- Diary blocked and updated in real time, with no double bookings
- Simple handling of cancellations and changes
An appointment, from A to Z.
Here is what happens when a customer books, with a scenario built in n8n around your diary.
The trigger is the booking: a client opens your page, sees the free slots pulled live from your calendar, and picks one on Tuesday at 14:00. The moment they confirm, the workflow starts. First it blocks the slot so nobody else can take it. Then it sends the client an immediate confirmation with the date, the time, the address and any useful instructions, and notifies you, your way, that the appointment is booked. Then it queues a follow-up: twenty-four hours before, a reminder goes out to the client, with the option to confirm or reschedule. If they cancel, the slot reopens. The result: you no longer pick up the phone for appointment booking, your schedule never overlaps, and missed sessions drop sharply.
What comes with it.
Booking is often the first brick in a wider system. After the appointment, many go on to automatic follow-ups on unpaid invoices, or email sorting and qualification of incoming requests. To see everything, go to the automation hub. If your business needs particular rules, we do custom builds cut to your trade; to start simple, look at the ready-to-use packages and the pricing details. Two neighbouring pages may speak to you directly: automation in a hair salon and automation in a restaurant.
