The assessment is more accurate on site. We watch your tools, your teams, your working rhythms. The plan that comes out of it fits better.
We start with a 30-minute call or video call. Beyond 30 km, travel is charged if needed.
Nothing in particular. We prefer to discover your set-up first hand. If you like, jot down the tasks that take you the most time.
There isn't one. The coffee and the costed plan are free. If you decide to start a project afterwards, you pay. If not, you keep the plan and owe nothing.
On the offers
The Online Presence package is a fixed product at 149€/month for online presence (reviews, local SEO). The Word of Mouth package is 149€/month for loyalty. Both are free for the first month. Custom builds cover everything outside that scope: automations specific to your trade.
No. Everything is built to fit what you already use. Reports arrive by email, simple to read.
Packages: up and running within 72 hours. Custom builds: between 2 and 8 weeks depending on scope, in batches approved at each stage, subject to feasibility.
The packages are monthly, with no commitment. Cancel by email, effective at the end of the current month. For custom builds, your data is returned to you within 30 days.
Trust and security
The workflows are hosted on European servers managed by CB Systems. Your data is isolated and never shared. If you stop, your data is returned to you within 30 days.
That is possible, in different markets or trades. If you want geographic or sector exclusivity, we discuss it over the first coffee.
For the 30 days after delivery, we step in free of charge. After that, you can take out a maintenance subscription at 49€/month or call on us as needed at 70€/h (30 min minimum).
Going further
Spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, Notion), messaging (email, SMS, WhatsApp, Slack), calendars, invoicing (Stripe, Pennylane, QuickBooks), CRM and trade software reachable by API or webhooks. If the tool is reachable, we can usually connect it: that is precisely what we check at the first appointment.
The packages are 149€ per month with no commitment (137€ per month with a 12 month commitment, first month free), the bundle of both packages 249€ per month. Custom builds are invoiced on request, in batches that you approve one by one, with a free assessment and costed plan. Prices net of VAT, services for businesses only.
On site appointments take place in Lyon and within a 30 km radius, where the visit is free. Everywhere else in France, everything works fine by video call: assessment, set-up and follow-up.
With self-hosted open source automation tools (n8n in particular) on European servers that we manage. You have no licence to buy and no software to install: hosting and monitoring are included, and your data stays yours.
